
Ordering vegies from us is easy. The hard part is deciding what you want!
The ordering process
How do I order?
Click on the items you want, then click on the Swedeman to add the item to your shopping cart. You'll see the item added in the list, and you can change the quantities required, or even delete it if you change your mind.
Click the "continue shopping" button at the bottom, and choose more vegies.
When you're finished, click on the "checkout" button.
What information do I need to give?
At the checkout you'll need to enter your postal information, phone number, and email address. Be sure to input your email address correctly.
The next time you order from us, the site will remember you and you won't have to add the information again.
But I only want 500g!
It's no problem to order any amount you like. To order, say, 500g of a product, change the "1" in the quantity box to ".5". You can order any weight of product in this way, except for products which are sold singly.
You can also delete any items you decide you don't want, by clicking on the rubbish bin beside the quantity box.
How is my order delivered?
Select the courier service which delivers in your area. You'll find the full routes by clicking the "Click here to see rates and full routes" link when you're filling in your address information.
When you've added all the necessary information, click "next".
Now you'll see your order summary showing the items you've requested, your address, the cost, and the delivery cost.
Note: you must put your rapid number on your order.
Now click "checkout".
How can I pay?
Select how you'd like to pay. The options are:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Mailing or faxing payment
Enter your billing information. If it is the same as the shipping address, click on the shortcut box to copy the information.
Comments or special instructions - add to the box at the bottom of the page.
Confirming your order
The final page is the confirmation page, which gives your invoice number and your order details. If you choose mailing or faxing payment, you will need to print this out and fill out any additional details, and fax it to us. You can also post it with a cheque, but be aware clearance and postal times may vary. It is best to use a credit card to make your orders.
You will also be emailed a copy of the invoice.
What now?
You can go back to our home page by clicking the "home" link. Take a look at some of our recipes -- you can even send in your own. You can also place another order if you wish, by clicking on "continue shopping".
Standing orders
No problem. Simply specify in the comments box how often you'd like your delivery, and we'll set up a standing order for you.
Order cutoff times
Our cut-off time for orders is 8pm, for deliveries the following day.
Public holidays/weekends
Orders received from Friday to Sunday will be sent out on Monday. We are also unable to deliver on public holidays because of freight company restrictions.
Delivery areas
As items are perishable we can send only within the lower South Island area. If your area is not listed at checkout, click the button and we will contact you with freight charges.

Security
Is the ordering system secure?
Yes, we use a secure Internet connection for orders, which means that any data sent to us is not able to be retrieved by anyone else. Look for the gold-coloured padlock at the bottom of your screen to be sure that you are using a secure connection. Your credit card details are also scrambled during transit. And all data relating to your order is stored in a secure area, and is not accessible from the Internet.
Returns policy
Quality guarantee
We will always select for you the best produce available, as we'd choose for ourselves. However, if any of our produce reaches you in a damaged condition, we will refund or replace the product.
Price Guarantee
Produce prices can vary, depending on many factors. But if the shop price is lower than the price you ordered at, you will pay the cheaper rate. If the shop price is higher, you pay the lower site featured on our website.
Substitutions
If any product you have ordered is not available, we will advise you as soon as possible, and arrange a substitution or delete the item from your order. We will not charge you for the item.
